Prices
My standard prices for properties in Hackney are as listed below.
- Flats and Maisonettes from £60.00
- Houses from £70.00
I will quote my fee for your property once you confirm the location, size and type of property (see notes below).
Notes
- VAT - As a small business, I am not VAT registered. As a result the price quoted is the price you pay.
- Quotes - I reserve the right to vary my fees depending on the location and size of your property. For example I charge extra if I have to drive to you (so as to cover the cost of parking or the Congestion Zone). Normally I will cycle to your property. Generally the larger the property, the longer it takes to survey and so this also affects my charges. When I first speak to you I will ask for the location, type and size of the property and I will then confirm my fee.
- Referrals through Estate Agents - I work directly with a number of Estate Agents in London. I quote a different price for Clients that are referred through these Agents.
Payments
Unlike many on-line EPC providers, I do not require payment in advance.
Most of my clients pay by bank transfer. You can also pay by cash or cheque within 30 days following receipt of an invoice.
I do not accept credit card payments.
I will require your name, home address, telephone number and email address. This is for invoicing purposes.
